Im trying to make some screencasts with screenr on my macbook.
On every browser after the screen recorder loads, the browser crashes & closes down.
How do I get this to work?

I guess you should try to quit all the other applications you run, clear your cache and try again.

Mac OSX has some problems with it’s nonnative implementation of Java so maybe this could be the reason too.

For some reason, it only works in Firefox for me. I stopped using Screenr for this reason and picked up ScreenFlow.
