Ive been on a mammoth journey trying to get my theme compatible with IE7 & IE8 . It displays correctly with all other browsers required.

First Cufon worked for IE7 and not 8. Then cufon worked on IE8 but only on half the pages.

Some overflow displays correctly whilst some pages do not on IE and on all other browsers displays correctly.

Ive had to limit basically all animations on IE which has led to major problem with the layout of my code.

Ive worked with IE before successfully but its just the complexity of the theme which is sooo annoying.

Anyway you might aswell take a look (Images Are high Res therefore take a while to load):

Feedback would be a bonus.

FIX : Make an iesucks.js file which fixes every IE issue. If there are CSS too, iesucks.css. Anyone who looks at your source code will get the idea – you know, that IE sucks.

Yeah, ie sucks :( That’s why i always check my code during development in all browsers, after every small html/css change. It maybe takes little more time during development, but can that can save you from such “mammoth journeys” later :)
