Searching for a specific imageviewer / newsviewer

I am looking for a viewer wich i encoutered on the following site: http://www.terremark.nl/default.aspx

I am looking for an viewer wich images on the background and 3 items on the bottom. I need other colors then those red colors.

Does anyone know if this viewer already excist or this is easy to create by one of you?
