Hi Envato community,
I would like to share my case to know if it’s normal or I have to follow some special steps to proceed.
There is more than a month ago I wrote a couple of tickets to Envato support team. But, 30 days after, both were closed with no response. Just in case, I wrote again a new ticket to obtain response to my unsolved issue… but it was closed by the same way 2 weeks after . Then I wrote a tweet to ask Envato support again… But almost another week has gone by without response…. Please, could someone let me know if there is something happening with the support service? It’s taking a long time for an issue and I just would like to know if it’s normal and there are more authors in my situation.
At the same time, if my problem is unsolvable, please, I would like to know too, but don’t close the tickets without any response.

I’m faced with this too not so long ago. Ticket was closed without any answer or designated owner.

Envato support is a pure joke. Items with stolen assets are still here. Envato looks like hell.
The Envato Support still needs a lot of improvement. It seems to be happening a lot that people are waiting more then a week for an answer or don’t get one at all.
