You should get this thread renamed to “Searching for Coder/Partner” .. By reading the title I thought you are looking for a service to convert PSD to HTML /WP.
Best luck in finding one though, I highly doubt anyone will show interest before if you showcase at least some elements from your design.

I couldn’t disagree more. If you think 50/50 ratio is not fair for the developer your crazy. Quality of concept for both the UI and UEX is key to getting your theme approved for sale and having a point of difference in the marketplace. As long as the concepts are top notch, 50/50 is more than generous.
