Seeking Designer Experienced with "The Daily Press" Theme

We have a budget of $300 plus tax write-off. I’ve listed the job on Elance and getting quotes around $200 but would pay a little more for someone who can show a portfolio using The Daily Press

Webdesignart has one going. Does anyone know of sites that were built using Daily Press? I can’t find any, though I don’t quite know how to do that kind of search.
