Selling Child-Themes for Commercial Theme Framework?

As the title already suggest, I would like to know if it is possible to sell child-themes for a commercial theme framework (for wordpress), over here on ThemeForest.

Edit: It is not my own framework and it must be purchased elsewhere. I only want to sell child-themes for this framework over here. That’s why I’m asking.

But then, still have a question to the reviewers. How are you going to review a child-theme for a commercial theme. I guess you’re not going to buy each and every commercial theme framework just to have a look if the child-theme works fine, or am I wrong?

Actually it is a kind of “niche-framework” with a strong focus on real estate. I’m talking about wpCasa, and they currently offer only 2 child-themes. I wanted to create also some child-themes to get my feet up in this niche
