Hey,

I have designed an ecommerce theme. Now I’m thinking about various possibilities (get a partner, just sell it to someone). Since I would prefer to just sell it to somebody (I get cash and make other things I have on my mind), I would love to know your experiences. Let’s say this theme is 100% done, layered, 30 PSDs, responsive, it looks very nice, niche store (those rank quite good on TF). I know you need to see it to say, but still…

Have you ever just sold .PSD theme? To the coder or just a client who was working in the niche? Can you get some money out of it or is it too big of a risk for anyone? I mean… someone could earn 50k with it or nothing at all. What would be the starting price for a theme I described?
