Hi All I would like to ask a question regarding “Selling Exclusively: 50 – 70%” in payment rates section. I tried to search for on your sites and forums, however without any success.
It’s states that: “As an Author on the Envato Marketplaces you are eligible to receive between 50% and 70% of every sale should you choose to sell only items that are not sold elsewhere. Being an exclusive author simply means that any items you sell on an Envato Marketplace are unique to our libraries.”
My question is if I’m able to chose which item I want to sell exclusively, example I have item A, B, C and D. I’m planning to sell item A and C exclusively at envato.com and item B and D at envato.com and at another website as well, example my personal site or other seller site. Could I still be an exclusive seller, for particular products and get the exclusive rate? Or any item which I’m selling is not just at Envato Marketplace will downgrade my other products (which are Envato exclusive) to “Selling Non-Exclusively: 33%” rates?
Thank you in advance for an answer.

No, the exclusivity is based on your account, not your items. You can have two accounts, one exclusive and the other non-exclusive. Whatever you end up choosing, though, will affect all of that account’s items.
Hope that helps

I hope that gets looked at sometime. It sucks to have to managed two accounts one for exclusive and one for non, because it hinders building yourself and your “brand” of products.
Was hoping that it is possible for and account. As Thecodingdude said hope its going to change as you cant build up your “brand” properly.
Thumbs up for this!
