I hope you guys know that a business is investment-worthy if it can match its investment in 4-5 years.
20 times is around 1,5 years.
I’d liken the idea to buying / selling a business , if you setup an account / business and then onsold it it’d be the same as setting up a brick and mortar business and selling that.
The catch would be the copyright / legal rights to the work , there would have to be some contract / agreement involved and the seller would have to give away their copyright to the works on the account.

too risky for a buyer if u ask me. it’s a shrinking market with items added every day & the unknown lifecycle of an item in a fast paced marketplace.
that means you’d have to be a decent web designer in the first place to continue growth – therefore why shell out big bucks if you have no confidence you can produce items that’ll sell & save ur outlay.
and if ur buying for % buying ur own themes is cheaper then 20X!!!
