I sent my PSD work a couple of days ago and it get rejected. I think it’s happened because of documentation. So can you give me some examples about documentation?
Here is the what I want to sell: https://www.behance.net/gallery/Twitpress-Blog-Magazine/13878691
What was the message you received?
Based on that link above the documentation is not the problem.
I assume you sent them the PSD laid out correctly and host outside of a display like this?
It is quite difficult to comment precisely based on the multi demo image but the typography, alignment and spacing looks off and it doe snot seem like high enough quality of design or range of options for PSDs here
They’ve sent me to this mail:
“Unfortunately your submission Twitpress – Blog, Magazine PSD isn’t ready for ThemeForest and cannot be resubmitted as it did not meet our minimum requirements for quality and/or marketplace policies. In order for submissions to be considered for sale they must be of high aesthetic and technical quality, unique to our library and cannot be in violation of Envato’s policies. Please see our Knowledgebase for more information: http://support.envato.com/index.php?/Knowledgebase/Article/View/399/57/
Our Review team also provided these comments:
The overall quality of your submission does not meet our aesthetic and technical requirements and will need to be improved before being resubmitted. Unfortunately we’re not able to provide more specific feedback for your submission at this time.
Please consider taking some time to familiarise yourself with our current library and quality levels of popular items before resubmitting.
Thanks for your submission!”
I checked my psd files again and I saw that, I didn’t do the layer groups as properly. So now, I’m making a layer groups as straight. And you mean my project is insufficient for here?
That is a hard rejection so the layers would definitively be an issue but nevertheless the design still does not look up to the standard. It would be easier to comment if you post the hosted link you sent envato here
You mean want to download this PSD project and look this like that?
It does not sound like you submitted the file correctly but the best way is to just host all your demo images of the different available pages in your PSD (as jpg) on a free image hosting site and post inks to them here
Actually, I’ve deleted them when the project get rejected. So what can I do? Btw, I’m greatful for your answers, thank you for interesting with me.
No do not send us the original PSD itself – when you submit a PSD here a “Demo version” has to be hosted. Click any PSD for sale here and see what we mean. This shows all the different individual pages – that’s the version that would be helpful.
PSD’s don’t require hosting anywhere, you submit the actually file for review
