Just wanted to get some opinions on this…
Do you sell your coded XHTML themes with the PSD , or do you sell the PSD separately? Or even both… include the PSD with the code and then also sell it by itself.
Any word on what the best methods are regarding this? I’m not that new, but I haven’t had time to put up many items yet. I’m thinking about getting back into it.
When I sell site templates (XHTML) I will always include PSD file.

I do both – I sell the PSD separate and sell the xhtml version with the PSD included – some designers want to save the few bucks and get just the PSD file to alter and code themselves – it gives the consumer options – and that is always a good thing! 
There is no best methods, just think about costumers and it’s all you need to do
