Hi everyone. From past few days i have seen that people are more choosing Serif fonts over San-Serif (talking about psd category). When I used serif font for one of my item, a good tf friend of mine asked me to prefer san-serif fonts. Please leave your opinion with reason: Serif or San-Serif

Hello,

Choosing between both solely depends on your design idea and intended field/category/audience. e.g. it’s a common practice for fashion designers to choose serif typography over sans because of it’s commonalty among fashion designers + that it looks neat, fashion wise, and in the other hand a company website that practices real estates business prefers using sans-serif for almost the same reason and so on…

Be careful when making your choice as typography significantly impacts your design.

Best,

Yousef Sh.
