Hiya. This is not one of those “how are themes priced up by the reviewers” questions but what I would like to know is whether you can ask for it to be priced up at a certain level.

What I mean is, if you wanted to could you perhaps ask for it to go up on the site for $10 rathe than $14? I know it sounds a crazy question but it’s more a question of whether this woulod actaully boost sales…

I’m fairly sure you can, I seem to remember someone saying they’d asked for a price reduction on their vcard, and TF changed it for him.

I think you’re best inquiring via support though =)

I hope they won’t mark down items, if it becomes a trend we’re back where we started!

You can change the price.

What to do to drop the price: just ask What to do to increase the price: ask and ad some new things.

I have done this a coupe of times

You can do it, to a point. Site templates range from $12-$20, so you couldn’t price it down to $5 for instance :)

To be honest, I don’t think it affects sales that much.

Thanks for the feedback guys – interestingly normally when I do an update on a theme I don’t really ask for the price to change, but sometimes you add quite a bit so I might revisit that lol.

Yup, just ask. Although not all price requests will be granted and if they’re drastic enough then it’ll need to be approved by the site manager.
