Shop Website - Wordpress

Hey guys. I am not a professional website builder at all.

Thats why I come on here to buy a theme for my website. So its practically done for me.

My question is. Will it be the same for an e-commerce shop?

If I buy a shop template off here for wordpress. Is it the same as a normal site? Just upload you information and away I go?

For instance, I have bought a Car Dealership theme for wordpress of here. for my parents in law. And I have uploaded it, but all the info in and it works great.

If I buy a shop theme off here, will it be the same? buy have a button to press to actually purchase the things I would be selling?

Is there anything major issues I should know about configuring the payment side of it?

Or is it easy enough? Like using paypal, etc….
