at the moment I like these two:

Italian Pasta, San Marzano tomato, Buffalo mozzarella, fillets of salted anchovies, extra virgin olive oil cold pressed (important other types of oils are not good), fresh basil leaves, salt and pepper

and

Parmigiano Reggiano, pears, lettuce, black olives, yellow pepper, Walnuts, fresh lemon juice, extra virgin olive oil cold pressed, salt and pepper

there are pretty easy to make and are awesome

These ones are called “mititei” or “mici” and mean “little small things (ones)”/”small things” in Romanian. Mititei is a dish of grilled ground meat rolls made from a mixture of beef, lamb and pork and spices such as garlic, black pepper, thyme, coriander, anise, savory and sometimes a touch of paprika. Sodium bicarbonate and broth or water are also added to the mixture.

I’m not quite a fan of traditional cuisine… but the taste in them is absolutely amazing! :)
