abstract-labs saidI believe the comment was referring to the fact that it’s bad practice having your ‘work space’ in the same space as your ‘sleep place’ – eventually your time is lost and you do nothing but work and do not have a clear definition in your life as to what is work and what is not. Hence it’s unhealthy to have work in the same room as rest / play etc.

super unhealthy having it that close to your bed… don’t live like that, you’ll burn out..
exactly that. I did it for a while and it does affect your health as you (I) couldn’t switch off, there’s no space to relax when your workstation is in your bedroom. I understand its where alot of us start but try and aim to not work in your room for too long
I really need to buy a professional camera… and change the second monitor
