Yesterday i buy new Laptop and i setup Home – WLAN connection, but every time i try to Sing in a get EMPTY page and this link in URL :

P.S. Every time after empty page shows up i need to get back on Sing in page and repeat process, after that i login normaly. Do you have similar problems?
