Can someone buy on ThemeForest our HTML theme with Extended License, then convert it to a WordPress theme and start selling it here on ThemeForest or somewhere else? Because we don’t want this

Following Decneo’s link we’ve just found a clear quote from a new License FAQ: You can buy an HTML site template, convert it to WordPress, and use it as your website (but not as a stock template for sale).

When you modify the item to create a similar item, get permission from the author, and only sell on the Envato marketplaces
I think: No, not allowed, but…
Yes, it’s possible with some conditions:
1.Someone need to get the permission from you (author) for that
2. And only sell End work on the Envato marketplace!
