Why is support so slow on replying tickets lately??
I am still waiting for a reply after submitting a ticket 5 days ago.

so we have three days.
Nope 5 days 
Envato Support is open 7 days a week. Support tickets will generally be answered within 24 hours, complex issues may take longer.
Believe me my ticket is not that complex

didn’t know that, had the impression it was like with the withdraw process, that they don’t work in weekends.

Yep, the hard-working support guys work weekends too. That support ticket is 2 days old, not 5. Also, it’s not really a support question. It’s one that requires a little extra thought so please be patient.

So the weekend doesn’t count
People do need to rest you know. Envato support are human from what I last checked. I know Lance upgraded to a automated non-stop fully functional Envato machine, but for the rest I can’t tell for sure!
