Hi there,

I recently purchased a theme: http://themeforest.net/item/sereno-fully-responsive-retina-ready/4759538

and the them has a ‘Sticky Header Bar’ this bar can be set to be open or closed when a visitor opens the homepage. What I would like is for the bar to be open for 2-3 seconds and then close.

Can anyone do this for me and can you give me a cost please?
