Hello, I have the same problem. I had a soft rejection. I’ve updated the files. After 10 days is the approval status on 60%.

Thank you for contacting Envato Support. I apologize for the delay on your resubmitted template approval. We have a higher than expected workload and are diligently working to catch up.

I will send a message to the review staff informing them about your concern.

The best way is to delete the item and upload again , because this thing happen to me … but when i saw 21 days of review…i deleted and upload again and in 3 – 4 days they accepted :) .

Please DO NOT delete your items and upload them again. Deleting soft-rejected items and resubmitting as new items is considered abuse of the system and your upload rights could be disabled. Thanks!

I got the same problem. Opened up 2 tickets and nothing happened. I don’t know why a newly uploaded item is getting reviewed faster than a soft rejected item. It’s very very frustrating.
