Hi all! I can not understand the system of item reviews…
Upload an item – after 3 days ”Soft Reject”
Upload fixed item – after 2 days “Soft Reject”
Upload fixed item – after 3 days “Soft Reject” ...
Why review team could not immediately provide all claims? Why the same item check the different members team review?
I thought that if it was a soft reject the reviewers outline what the main issues are… don’t they?
If not i’m pretty sure you can request further information on a ‘softie’ !
I think I mis-read what you meant with the original post…
So you’re saying that different reviewers are telling you different things to fix each time?
If that’s the case then it does suck a bit.
I’d open a support ticket with all the information, ie. reviewers names and the changes they mentioned and ask for a definitive list of final changes.
