My item was soft rejected due to the demo file having a script at the top that changes the class of the item to easily change the colour it hasn’t anything to due with the actual function of the menu and have brought similar items with it in but mine gets soft rejected?

I thought it be easier as didn’t have to create a file for every colour for every menu

It was in CSS directory?

Did you informed them in the “Review Message” during uploading file?

Yes it’s in the CSS -> Menu & Nav directory

Andno didn’t think of that, so if i was to explain the function of the script at the top of the demo file and that it isn’t to do with the functioning of the menu itself it might be allowed ?

Did you mentioned that to the reviewer? Could you paste here what was his exact message?

Sure it just says: Reason: remove the scripts from the demo.html and provide them in pure HTML/CSS.

The product itself must be made with pure HTML/CSS.
You can use javascript codes for color previews in the livepreview demo site.

Okay, but, can i have all the colors in the single file as long as its only HTML/CSS? or do i need to make a file for every menu color…?
