Hi.
Due to It’s gonna be a template, buyers should be able to change the sections easily by small HTML touches. As I seen from the link, you’ve just used some images instead of text (eg: Have you ever seen… ) Also, some improvements for the contact section would be nice.

Mostly the contact form looks like it was made in a hurry 
use the blank space more. Be a bit more creative. Other then that i love it.
