Soft Rejection - font issue - 1$ in hidden

Hello guys, I’w got a ‘soft rejection’ yesterday. The reviewer said: ‘we are unable to accept files with fonts included in them.’ I dont, understand because i had another upload with font included and off course with the link as well. But its ok. It’s not a big deal… i repacked the main file without the font and update the upload as they said. But here is an another question. I can see the item in the ‘hidden’ tab, and it shows 1$ o.O ?? This will be the price for the item or it’s just not priced yet?

im waiting for an update since 2 days ago… There was 5 item in the waiting line. now im the 1st since yesterday morning and there is no other items awaiting. Is this normal to wait for a little update 3 days?

yes, that usually happens, the update queue is slower than the upload queue

Well, if its like this then why they suggest to update and not reload the pack? Ok i know, because it should have to go maybe to the same reviewer, but what is the point for us?

From the reviewer’s point of view, I guess it’s better to ask an update, as they won’t have to check everything again, and focus only the update they required. I guess After all, soft rejection means you’re almost there, you just need to make some small improvements.

But soft rejected items don’t necessarily go to the same reviewer you had initially, whoever takes care of the queue at that moment will also review your item!
