Just a quick question about the soft rejections.

Q. How long will an item remain hidden for me to make adjustments?

I only ask cause I don’t have the time at the moment to make corrections, so I wanted to see how long an item will remain hidden for me to make the required adjustments for an approval. Am I better off deleting and re-submitting?

Thanks! Chris

I have two items soft rejected that I haven’t been bothered to change. For about 4 months. So I assume there is no limit on the amount of time you have to adjust the file.

4 Months!! WOW !! That sounds like lost earnings to me. I usually fix my soft rejects right away, so they can be released and start earning me some money. If not… they will sit there until you fix the issues with each one. :(

Well the first item is a font and was disabled because one of the letters was filled in and it was not on the preview. But when I tested the font I saw no problems with it. I tried contacting support but didn’t get a response.

The second item was a flyer, soft rejected because it needed more contrast and better typography. I haven’t been motivated to change it, but since this thread is up I may as well give it a go.

To be fair, I don’t think they would make much money anyway. :P
