So, I have a buyer that bought the theme few hours ago. In the 3 hours that he had the theme he did the following:

- posted a support question 1 hour ago; - rated 1 star; - stating the theme needs to be coded again from scratch - stating he wants a refund; - asking again for support even after he said he didn’t want the theme and wanted a refund;

Now it even gets funnier. Before I reached home so I can answer his support question I got this message from him:

“Respond at once or I’m placing a lawsuit.”

(note that this is happening in a 3 hours span time)

Is this funny or what?

Contact Envato support about this and I suggest they give a refund. There is no way that you can make that customer happy, believe me, I tried.

Contact Envato support about this and I suggest they give a refund.

Refund is given only in case if theme is broken, not because someone doesn’t know how to use it.

Try to talk to him, if he continues to be rude, then just send him to contact support.

I’m politely responding to his requests. If Envato would implement a possibility to issue a refund it would be one of the best features ever.

I’m still laughing when I read the message with the lawsuit :)

Why’s that? The refund requests could be reviewed too. Anyway this is not something that is going to happen though :)

You’re right, but sometimes a refund can save yourself from a lot of headaches :)

You can refund him in private if you think that is the solution.

I had this kind of clients and when I explained to them how to setup theme they calmed down and everything turned out good. Maybe you should try to give him time to calm down and explain everything he doesn’t understand once again.

I understand when someone buy theme for the first time here, that he has right to be suspicious.
