Well, my file just got rejected, with the following reason: Unfortunately this file cannot be approved at the moment as it crashes on Safari/Firefox (OSX). Please fix this before resubmitting

I have tested it on Firefox 4.0, latest Chrome and IE 8 (Windows 7), everything seemed to work fine. Unfortunately, I don’t have admittance to a Macintosh so I’m wondering if you could help me out somehow (a bug report, a software that simulates these conditions or a remark would be appreciated).

You can preview/test the file here: http://sekler.net23.net/

Thanks in advice!

It makes no sense since it works very well on win. I just checked on win with firefox and works very well. And its very good template.

Dude, calling the above link leads me to a “Website Under Review” website. Did you put it off the web?

Cheers… //fh

Thank you for your remark, I’m glad you like it. It has to make sense, otherwise the reviewer wouldn’t reject it with this reason.

Sorry for the broken link, the site is live again.

Works all right for me in Firefox 4 on OSX . Testing in Safari now :)

EDIT : I suddenly get a popup from the debug player. There’s a reference to a null object at piecemaker_fla::Main Timeline/frame1() Kinda hard to debug I guess :( It doesnt seem to be something important, though – I don’t notice anything odd.

It gives an error on opening that makes my browser(firefox) shut down the flash app :/

Error #1009: at piecemaker_fla::MainTimeline/frame1()

You might have forgotten to initialize something on frame1

Well I test it on all my browser mac/windows from safari bla bla to ff3 atc`.

I couldn’t find any issue that applies to any error.

Work OK at this part of the world.

Note… that piecemaker start to b really boring due to massive use but it’s a matter of preference i guess

Thanks for taking the time, guys.

I’ve already noticed that error, but it’s caused by The Piecemaker (error pops up only on Home and External pages) which isn’t my work. It’s a nice open-source banner rotator, but you all know it for sure.

What do you think, have I the right to modify if I find what causes this error?

Have you noticed anything else besides of this?

@ VisualWorks

You wrote it made your browser shut down. Could you please try this page http://sekler.net23.net/#/about/modules, so I can see that The Piecemaker caused the crash or not.

Thank you again!

Well you’re probably right regarding The Piecemaker, but I didn’t saw as part of a flash template so far (at least here on ActiveDen, mostly the 2nd version).
