Why not if the price is good for you. It’s like you can sell eggs long time or may decide to sell one of your chicken.

Out of interest, what price was offered? That’s the crucial part.

Like felt said, price is the crucial part.
Ask yourself how much you would have charged a client to build that project. If they are offering that amount or more, then I’d say go for it.
The project has sold 13 times in about 3 months, which isn’t that bad. However at a $12 price point, it might be worth taking the company’s offer, as long as they are offering a good price of course.
I’m with everybody else on this, it all comes down to price.
One way to work this out, is to think about how you’ve sold 13 in 3 months, maybe more at first because of being on the front page, so say 8 every 3 months for the next year giving you 32. Your cut would be $192 (at 50%).
If you are being offered more than $192, then you are getting a year’s payment, or more, in one go.

You also need to factor in how long it might sell for… what else you might be able to do with it… what it would cost to create bespoke… what hidden benefits it might bring you…. to what extent such actions are detrimental to the entire industry.
It’s one thing offering stock for pennies, but offering bespoke for pennies is a whole other ballgame. Your client will know as well as you do that $200 buys him about 3 hours of a good freelancer’s time. Why is it so important to have the file exclusively? Does the client want to resell it – or are they putting together national sports coverage on the cheap?
I’m assuming the offer wasn’t overly generous, or you’d have bitten his hand off and wouldn’t be asking the question on the forums.
not to sell it below 7-8 times the extended price
even 4 times the extended license in not as bad before selling make sure you calculate how much time you have spend in creating that project multiply it with minimum of $30 and then think where you will earn more. rest is on you You are the best person to judge what you wants
never heard it How much you offer to??
