I was kindly notified by one of my customers that somebody has taken my template [links removed]

I tried sending a DMCA notice but there contact form does work. I left a comment on the item but funnily all comments require moderator approval.

Can ThemeForest take any action on my behalf? After all, we are in a partnership with them.

I can handle a website giving my template out for free, but not when somebody is selling it and making money from my hard work :(

Please report this kind of thing to Support rather than post it to the forums. Thanks!
