Someone duplicated my theme

Hello.

I recently created a theme for sale on themeforest. However, today, I found out a new item added by another themeforest user with same codes, layouts and styles as mine.

The person has also copied bits and parts of another theme that has made a lot of sales.

How should I proceed please ? I tried to send envato support a complain, but nothing up to now.
