Hey guys,
I’m pretty new here on videohive and uploaded a few transition’s and what not. Yesterday i uploaded my first project file but it seems people have trouble watching my video preview… some say it lag some doesnt work at all..
Is there something i overlooked? i’m rendering a new one atm but in the meanwhile maybe someone has a answer for me. Thanks in advance

Hi Massfocus, welcome to video hive i saw your video preview and It seems that this problem caused by the .flv data rate try to convert your video using the same fram rat as the video if you a QuickTime pro owner you can convert your video with it.
open your your video in QuickTime Player then hit Ctrl+E to export the video and choice flv format in the option>video section choice same as source

after you done you can go to your item page here in the site then click Edit in the top bar and upload your video and write The reason for the update to the reviewer, and you done. hop that helped. IdealDesigner
