Too much contrast. Too much yellow. Crowded. Ugly arrows. Too busy. The content has no room to breathe, it’s overcrowded by icons&arrows&contrast.
What’s with the alarm-clock icon? That is used to set alarms, not to point out that there is a time text.

Black designs always risky. You should be careful about contrast, colors, fonts as well as should be clean and user friendly design. Otherwise you won’t sales success.
