Source code of additional files in item

I’m finishing a new item, ready to be uploaded to FlashDen. This item has a .xml for configuration, and I’ve included a GUI editor for visually editing the .xml file. My question is, do i have to provide the source code for this GUI editor, too? Of course the main file includes the source code, but this is just a goodie, a free gift to help with configuration. Is it mandatory?

I’m not sure about this, and since the queue seems to be looong these days, I prefer to ask first rather than waiting to reach place #1 and then being rejected because of this.

Yes, maybe sounded like I’m using something from other author, but that’s not the case; I’ve programmed this GUI editor myself. The thing is that I’ve done it pretty straightforward and the code is a little bit messy, so I’m asking because I’m lazy to re-organize it and comment it now…but I’ll do it if it’s mandatory.

maybe separate it out and email it only to buyers who would like it?

I am working on my item and have similar concern. I think it is not necessary. Because this is bonus not the main file.

One of my files includes such an extra .SWF file, and it was mandatory for me to include it in the download package, since it’s needed in setting up certain aspects within the main file.

However, I decided not to include the .FLA source, with no specific reason for that whatsoever and no customers complaints either
