I wouldn’t say it is spam since it is an email asking for permission to show up our work on their site. Yes, I agree that we did not subscribe to their mailing list so we can expect their emails but do you mark all the emails from other companies/customers as spam only because they ask for permission or for custom project :)

They might be just an referral site or whatever… but they at least bother to ask for permission.

No, she is asking for your email address, and state that i created “d” a site – with my poor english, that mean it has been done. Site is nowhere in the universe (a parallel reality perhaps) So what they need is e-mail addresses. They don’t ask you “are you agree with that, probably we gonna sell your e-mail address in a database so you might have thousands of spam in the near future?” If it’s not spam, than call it trojan mail.
