I wont install specere theme on wordpress 3.5 i have problem:

Installing the theme…
The package could not be installed. The theme is missing the style.css stylesheet.
Theme install failed.

Because you tried to upload the entire download you received which contains photoshop, help docs and much more including the theme – unpack thew zip – open help doc – follow instructions.
That should get you going!
