I’m looking for a form where users can enter feedback and select info out of 2 dropdownboxes (combobox). But i want only feedback from actual clients of mine, so I would give each client a unique code that they have to enter to be able to send feedback.
Backend : their given feedback should be linked with the given unique code. Every code can only be used once…
Someone sells a script that can do this?
