Nope.. i most of the time work/play at home using my PC.

Yer maybe try this http://www.microsoft.com/en-au/download/details.aspx?id=42092 I don’t have XP to test, but root certs get updated from time to time (especially after heart bleed) and since XP doesn’t get automatically updated any more that is probably the issue

Sure if you are using your normal home is safe while working outside around the street with WIFI someone could enter. to review your thing seems is theft, never seen so. should have two computer one for your office safe, and the other for street who does not have much information on your computer.

and now have to check with UBUNTU (virus removal)

Thanks… SSL error showing just in my Chrome Browser only… any other ideas you have ? which can solve this issue… :(

As an server administrator i can hopefully help you. Click on the lock (left side form the url bar) and let you show the SSL certificate. There is a SHA1 fingerprint. It should be

38:A4:35:00:54:BF:28:DA:6B:72:B0:31:82:D6:CC:17:41:C3:E5:D0

If it is a different one, then you most likely have a malware on your computer which is spoofing the whole traffic, they could then also read your entered passwords and everything else.
