i dont want to be rude but thats no wonder !!! Look at the quality of the ThemForest files and then take a look at the Activeden files, than you know why I think the quality on Activeden Files are not high, everyone makes the same in 1000 different ways, nothing really new and the designs are not really good.

I agree, there is a lot of junk. Though let’s face it, Wordpress is more popular.

I don’t agree that it is junk. With flash you have option to create even small utilities for which there may be less takers – with wordpress it is a complete solution always. Even on ActiveDen every full web site template always sells (provided that the preview is working :-))

I hope the management reads our messages here and considers taking some actions. Top authors are giving up uploading stuff one by one due to the drop in overall quality. Lots of files are being reviewed everyday but they’re not half as good as the old files. I remember the days weekly sales were over 100 for a single file. This problem cannot be solved just by creating new reviewers.

The older files can be deleted, a file which doesn’t sell for a week can be deleted automatically. There are hundreds of solutions that you guys can do. Just think about it.

The answer is just in front of our eyes… on TF there are better designers than here on AD… also top authors are still releasing the same old things… few authors are trying to offer new designs… and when they do that, you see copies coming out after a week, killing the sales of the author that created the new concept as first…

We need less files and more control about copying other authors work.

If AD doesn’t change its rules this marketplace won’t attract any buyer anymore…
