Hi, I just had my first Extended License sale
But, when I look at the statement, it doesn’t shows anything about the license. I knew it was an extended license sale because of the price.

Is it possible to determine who has purchased an extended license?
I don’t think so…

That’s too bad…I was wondering about the possibility of offering more hands-on support to buyers who purchased extended licenses.

If they were to email you via your contact form you would be able to tell which license they purchased – but otherwise the information is not available for buyer privacy.
The other thing would be to look into the API – but I’m sure if it’s possible to look up that info the buyer would still have to initiate/approve it with their API key.

Thanks guys
But the topic isn’t about my sale, it’s about Envato statements that aren’t showing but license was purchased.

Sorry to hijack your thread…your question just got me curious about whether it were possible to see who bought an extended license.

You’re right Adam, sorry for the OT.
I expect that the devs figured the difference in price was self-explanatory, but if you are suggesting a change to the Envato statements, would you like me to move this over to Site Feedback where it will be more likely to be considered?
