Hey,
the overall design is very clean and professional. I would however, create a subtle color-difference between the widgets/boxes and the background. A very delicate touch, which would not make a huge difference at bare eye, but would definitely make the board more eye-friendly and with a simple hierarchical design.
Other than that, maybe lower the opacity of the black area on the flickr picture (although it’s not that important).
