Anyone else have this problem? I’ve installed and activated the Sticky Social Bar plugin to my site (http://009-001.tcaberdesign.com), however it only shows up when a user is logged in to WP.
I’m using Elegant Theme’s “Glider” template FYI . If anyone can help me figure this out I would really appreciate it!
