I tried to keep calm and do not re-post anything on the forum because I know it is forbidden to discuss these issues here and because I would like to collaborate in this community when this issue is resolved, but is really difficult for me. Since Thursday I detect that a user was selling my images here, he has sold 18 images more and his income range has raise from 1-100 to 100-1000. Meanwhile I can not do anything, just send tickets to the support, where they tell me they take copyright issues very seriously. I told the support that I can provide any evidence they need, but they did not have asked for anything more.
Please I ask the community do not make from this post a big discussion because I do not want they close it as they did on Thursday. If someone supports me add a +1
I do not want to harm GraphicRiver with bad publicity, in fact I think it’s a great community and I think this can happen to you in any other website. What i ask is that they kept me better informed and make the process faster.
I do not know what else to do, that could happen to you too any I assure you that i feel a great impotence, mainly because microstock is not a hobby for me, it’s my job, my lifestyle.
Thanks.

Hi real_texelart, I understand your frustration, and I wish they would take action as soon as possible so you will feel better. However, it’s the forum rule that you are not allowed to post link to a specific item/ author portfolio, so I think you should edit your post now
(otherwise, the Community Mod will take action and I’m afraid the topic will be closed again) .
Don’t worry, we all know about your case, and +1 , we hope the best for you.

Hi real_texelart, I’m truly sorry you are dealing with such great inconvenience, you do have my sympathy, but unfortunately one broken rule doesn’t justify another. As a forum moderator, I do have to make sure everyone abides by
Forum Rules. Thanks for your understanding.
