HI all,
I’m a long time buyer here on TF – I rasied a ticket last Friday morning and I’m still waiting on a responce from support. Is this a usual timeframe people have experience for a simple issue with Envato?
I heard from a few guys that these days it can take up to 5-6 days.
OK – Seems a long responce time… Any particular reason for this I wonder?

- Author had a File in an Envato Bundle
- Author was Featured
- Bought between 1 and 9 items
- Contributed a Tutorial to a Tuts+ Site
- Exclusive Author
- Has been a member for 4-5 years
- Item was Featured
That seems excessive to wait a week for a response. Even if they’re “looking into it” I think you should have at least gotten an email from someone.
Try to contact support via twitter, think it’s faster way to reach them…

I don’t think I should need to go out of my way herre Navigator – there should be a solid support structure in place without me chasing them around twitter (which I don’t use) – but thanks for the suggestion all the same!
