Definitely! in all their websites….
It’s almost impossible to find what you’re looking for in here/audiojungle/etc…. Even if you find something you like…you’re 100% missing at least 5 others that you can choose from,
Plus I think sorting-by-sales should be removed…also popular items*...This way clients put a little more effort into finding what they really want and authors have more chance of buyers running into their items.

*There should be “Popular NEW Items” – for items that are 2-3 weeks old max.

What do you think about this idea?
If the home page capable for 50 items then there will be 10 items from each category.
For AE projects 10. For StockFootage 10. like that..,
it will gives equal expose for every items.!!

Now..if there’s a bunch of stock footage uploaded..the whole front page becomes stock only..

I have a simple idea:

Let’s suppose to use the last 200items approved, 50 stays on the homepage for 5 min, other 50 for another 5 min and so on. After 20 min, start again from the beginning. in this case Envato would expose 200 files equally for 15 minutes every hour. Or, just make more pages on the mainpage, 40 on first page but then you can also check previous uplaods on page 2, 3…

Yes.., thats why AE , Apple MG projects are appear only for 4-6 hrs in main page..,
If envato gives equal priority. then everyone will get expose according to their category
