Stock Images and WordPress

I’m sure this has been covered some where – I just haven’t found it if it has.

I’m assuming that with purchased stock images we can use in our demos without extended license or what ever you call it as long as this image is NOT given in the download?

So you can have it in the demo but not in the download file and be OK right?
