strange situation

Hi, maibe you some one of you can explain what append…. I just receive few minutes ago this:

Your new Envato Marketplace balance (account: flashato) is $0.00 (a difference of $-(here goes the amount))

Envato Notifier / salesnotifier

like I request a payout for the total amount but i never asked for him.I can stil see my correct balance , but I’m a little beat scare…I don’t know, maibe someone is trying the take the money off ? Did this kind of situation happend to some of you ? Thanks

You should check http://themeforest.net/user/flashato/statement for any amounts with $-XX and withdrawals. Oh, and contact support as soon as you can if you are sure you didn’t request any withdrawal.

did you tick the automatic withdraw button? Sounds a little odd, check with support

This morning I receive back the notification Your new Envato Marketplace balance (account: flashato) is $$$ (a difference of $$$), apparently the money is back.So I think that could be a an unknow error…BTW as I said,something strange append…will wait support.thanks

I received the same notifications, but I checked my Envato account and it was the same, nothing less, nothing more.

The site was down for maintenance when I first checked however…perhaps this had something to do with it?

I got the same. Maybe it has something to do with maintenance and the notifier not knowing how to handle it?

We were doing some system upgrades yesterday and the API went weird for a while.

Everything is back to normal now.
