I have submitted my name and email as per the theme document in http://www.themeforest.net/user/system32
I have major problem with the theme configuration, I have followed each and every step as directed in theme documentation, but the home page is not showing the sliders. When I went to support forum them say.. “Thanks for purchasing a System32 theme!To register for the support forums, please contact us through our profile page here: http://themeforest.net/user/system32 In the Message textarea enter “Support Form Access Request.” After we verify purchase we’ll reply to your email with a username and temporary password. We look forward to seeing you in the forums! ”
I did as mentioned above, I have not received any information regarding registration on the support forum as yet.
I am wondering if the is the indication of the level of support that is provided by “System32”
They have very good looking themes, but good products with bad support make bad business sense . Theme forest should be watching how their sellers/authors provide support to the customers to protect its image.

Perhaps he is on a vacation or having some personal problems. Or perhaps he is incredibly busy!
Have you checked his profile page, maybe he has some announcements?
Still, if you are a WP newbie and you desperately need help, I suggest finding help on Google. Support is not mandatory and you buy themes “as is” with no warranty of any kind. Support is at each author’s discretion.

Just logged into the mail today and seen your support request and I have already given you the access in morning please check in your inbox or in spam if still didn’t get any support forum access please email me from my profile page again.
It was only 16 hours passed you purchased the item.
I thought he purchased the theme only 5 minutes before posting here.
Thanks dnp_theme and doru!! When yo buy a good product from a good place your expectations for support is also high. In my case I spent many hours trying to figure out whats wrong and failed, only after this I sought support from them. Yes, you are right I am a newbie and very curiously experimental, I definitely need a lot of help from you guys to polish my WordPress skills.

Glad to hear you got a mail Ashish, I can understand but sometimes authors not me but others may also away or not on the desk all the time as there might be a time differences too.
Ashish, You cannot expect support at this price man. And we are not here to teach you CSS , PHP or WP. Also if authors provide support, you cannot expect support is coming rocket fast.

Hi Khan, thanks for your reply here and email I just received. I am sorry if I hurt you, it was just that I got a very good looking WP theme and I was so impressed by the theme demo that I just rushed to customize it and got stuck badly. I must say your themes are wonderfully crafted, I like the precision and cleanliness of the themes, specially Strikon. Now going to your support forum!! Thanks again!
No need to be sorry Ashish. Its OK I can understand, though i see similar issues with other themes and other authors files too it happens that people might miss or do something wrong which will make theme frustrating and expose their frustration on the Forums.
You have to wait for at-least 24 hours or max 48 hours as sometimes some of the authors may off for the weekends.
But its common these days as people use to purchase the wordpress theme and they will upload the zip file downloaded as is from themeforest and when they get error message they will ask for a refund with a simple their own mistake.
