I bought a theme but when I try to upload doesn´t work, it says that the theme doesn´t have this file style.css

If you mean for Wordpress and are getting the “Missing style sheet”...
Try uploading the actual theme folder and files only, not the entire download folder and/or zip 
Good luck
p.s make sure it is a Wordpress theme not HTML template also
